Once ordered, our team works hard to get your Bridal Garterto you as soon as we can. We will complete your garter in 1-3 business days of your order. If you need it urgently – please ask us to Prioritise your Order. Normal Parcel Post takes 3-10 business days depending on where you live.
Please allow two weeks from the date of your Order for your Garter to arrive.

Wow customer service at its ultimate with Christine @www.gartersandco.com.au! I wrote from Melbourne the night before the blue garter needed to be in Adelaide. I was a tad upset – due to an operation I wasn’t able to get one myself and missed the wedding. Christine replied first thing in the morning – told me not to panic – she would be able to do it – from then it was in her hands – she not only asked me to get the size, she made it that day, she enquired with Australia Post whether it would get there overnight, she tracked it all day to let me know where it was and advised me AP couldn’t enter the premises by which stage I was stressed etc and lucky she told me as I was able to contact the bride’s fiancé who rescued said garter from AP. What a champion Christine is and my niece loved the garter as well!
