We want you to be excited and totally thrilled when you receive your Pink Parcel from Garters & Co. If there is any problem at all, you can make a return to us within 7 days of receiving it for a full return of your purchase price. Our Returns Policy is that simple. You can be totally relaxed about buying from us at Garters & Co. We are only happy if you are too!
How do I organise a return to Garters & Co?
Just send us an email (within 7 days of Receipt of your Garter/s), to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0418 904 776. Your return must be in its original, unworn/unused condition in its original packaging. Just pop it into an Australia Post small satchel. Once we receive it, we will contact you and arrange for an immediate credit for your full purchase price.
Fault or problem with your purchase
Please note that your Return postage costs are not refundable unless there is a fault or problem with your Return. If there is a fault we will also pay your return postage costs. We can provide you with a replacement via Express Post (for free) or a full refund. You choose whatever suits you best.
