We want you to be excited and totally thrilled when you receive your Pink Parcel from Garters & Co. If there is any problem at all, you can make a return to us within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund of your purchase price. Our Returns Policy is that simple. You can be totally relaxed about buying from us at Garters & Co. We are only happy if you are too!
How do I organise a return to Garters & Co?
Just send an e-mail to email@example.com or call us on 0418 904 776 detailing any problem and we will send you a Returns Form. Include the form with your Wedding Garter in its original, unworn/unused condition together with its original packaging. You will also need to drop it into a Post Office using Registered Post. Once we receive it, we will contact you and arrange for an immediate credit for the full purchase price.
Please note that your Return postage costs are not refundable unless there is a fault with your Wedding Garter, Bridal Flip Flops or Wedding Accessory. If there is a fault we will pay your return postage costs as well as provide you with a replacement or full refund, whichever you would like to choose.
